A browser skin will brighten up your computer browser. Just as you can add a background image to your computer's desktop, you can now add a photo or other graphic to your web browser's toolbar background. Your toolbar is the area near the top of your browser where the File and other buttons are located. A skin takes, at most, 10 seconds to upload to your computer, and is intended only to cosmetically enhance your browsing experience - in other words, make it fun! Your computer is not at all affected, and you can continue to use it as usual.
